Summer With Gallo

With the warmer season finally here I cannot contain my excitement! 

I have been daydreaming of all the cute picnics, days out in London and the chic bars and restaurants that we’ll discover. 

I personally love sitting out in the garden and having a cold glass of Gallo wine. I have been a fan of Gallo for years now. My friends too. We love nothing more than cracking open a bottle of wine when we’re all together in the sunshine. It’s lovely when you’re able to see one another and enjoy quality time. Busy modern life can mean that this isn’t very often! Hopefully this summer will make up for lost time.

When I found out that Gallo Family Vineyards have a NEW Spritz coming out, I just had to try it for myself. Here are some snaps I’ve taken of the fruity yet refreshing Gallo Spritz range... 

We have Spritz Pineapple & Passionfruit, Raspberry & Lime and last but not least – my personal favourite – the brand new Peach &Nectarine, I love how sweet these are. They’re versatile in so many situations such as a spontaneous picnic in Victoria Park,  I will definitely be incorporating Gallo Spritz into my summer fun this year!

Alongside the little trips on odd days here and there, I have so many exciting plans for summer 2016 that I can’t wait to share with you all. I’ll be making some amazing memories with friends and family this year. Dinner parties, concerts, and festivals.

Father's Day

Hey Guys,

You might not remember but last year I wrote a post for fathers day, and thought I would do it again this year. This year I shall be giving my dad the Braun Series 3 shaver. This shaver has micro comb technology which helps catch the hairs and give a faster shave, perfect right! I shall also be giving him cineworld tickets so that he can go and enjoy a movie of his choice with his soon to be wife.

Clean Your Brushes In SECONDS

Hey guys,

Are you lazy when it comes to cleaning your brushes? If so this products will help.

You will still need to do a deep clean on your brushes of course, but this little gem will help clean and dry them within seconds. 

I paid around £5 for this from super drug, all you do is spray the brush and then wipe the brush on to tissue. 

Its similar to what the makeup artist would use at makeup counters to quickly clean their brushes.

NEW URBAN DECAY VICE 4

GUYS!

I had to share this little beauty with you all. 

The Urban Decay Vice 4 has a mixture of textures, along with cool and warmed toned colours.

I already fallen in love with a few colours, and cannot wait to start using this palette in future tutorials.

I have a feeling this is going to be my "go to" palette for a while.

Two Blending Brushes YOU NEED

Hi everyone,

The other day I was sitting down thinking about future blog post ideas, and topics that I wanted to share with you all. Long story short, I wrote down a whole bunch of ideas.

The first thing I wanted to share was two makeup blending brushes you NEED in your life.

Mac 224 brush is a tapered blending brush, although its classed as tapered I find this on the more fluffy side compared to my other brushes. Some people might think £23 on one brush is pricey and I have to agree, however I know how lovely this brush is and how well it blends out harsh eyeshadow lines. My second brush is the Zoeva 228 luxe crease, this one is a lot more tapered compared to the MAC brush. It allows you blend colour in the crease like a dream and is a steal at around £6, the brush is available with white bristles and brown. I personally own a few of these 228 brushes.

You can see from the image that the MAC one does appear more round and fluffy as mentioned above.
I thought this post might help those of you on  the hunt for amazing blending brushes.

Dying My Hair Extensions At Home

Hey guys,

How has everyone been?

For those of you who don't know I recently changed my hair colour to a mixture of purples. I had this done at a Fudge salon where they kindly gave me some of the colours they used to take home. 

These colours cannot be purchased separately - they are only available in salons that stock the Fudge professional range.

As I changed my hair colour I needed to get new hair extensions. My hair extensions are from a website called BeautyWorks. I have used their hair extensions in the past when I had turquoise hair! I get two packs of the ombre 10 darkest. 

By using two packs of hair, I am guaranteed the fullness that I want.

 The hair extension are remy hair, so I can colour and style the hair like I would my own.   

Let's get started!

1. Lay a black bag down on a flat surface. I use a black bag to avoid the colour from transferring on to things.
2. As you can see from this image there are three different shades I use. I mix those shades to get my perfect colours.
3. Apply the product to the hair extension - do one weft at a time to  stop the colours from mixing.
4.  Allow the hair colour to develop.
5. Then it's time to wash it all away!

The last image is the finished result once my hair extensions have been dried and styled.

The hair blends perfectly and still feels lovely and soft.

Father’s Day At Feelunique

My Christmas Wish List

Hey guys, hope you are all doing great?

So it appears to be that special time of the year again.

I thought I would share my wish list, of course I am not expecting all the items shown. 

I personally enjoy looking at what people would like for christmas, as it gives me ideas for myself and my loved ones.

1: At the TOP of my list is the Michael Kors jet set tote *Dribbles on keyboard*.

I was comparing this bag to another MK bag and I decided this one would be more suited for my needs, plus the other bag I was looking at had a similar shape to the Selma, which I already own. 

2: I always ask for Yankee candles as they are one of my favourite candle brands. I LOVE the festive smells that they bring out this time of year with christmas cookie being a personal favourite.

3: I have heard loads about Magnitone and I want to put it to the test.

 I would really like the green one as its one of my favourite colours.

 4: Snow fairy had to be on my list! I purchase this shower gel from Lush every year.

5: I REALLY need a laptop case! Hopefully santa will bring me one?

6: If I had to wear one perfume for the rest of my life it would be Alien by Thierry Mugler. 

I truly adore this perfume ♡ 

7: Its about time I got a new tripod as sadly my one has seen better days.

8: Christmas would not be complete without a pair of fluffy socks, I mean come on its kinda like the law ;)
